What happens if I transfer more than 1TB per month?
If you exceed the included data transfer limit, we charge €0,03 per GB for the exceeding traffic. The majority of our customers transfer between 300-500GB per month.
What happens when I shut down a server?
We stop charging for CPU and RAM but continue to charge for the allocated disc space until you delete the server.
Why is my monthly cost different from month to month?
All parts of City Cloud is charged by the hour and the months all have different number of hours. I.e March has 744h and April has 720h.
What happens when I delete a server?
As soon as you delete your server all your data is deleted with it. We stop charging you and the hours accumulated up until deletion is charged at the end of the month.
